Return conditions

• The product must be returned in its original condition, unworn and undamaged.
• The return must be made within 14 days of receiving the order.
• The product must be in its original packaging with all labels.
• Personalised products are not eligible for return.

How to make a return?

1. Contact our customer service via the contact page with your order number.
2. Our team will confirm the return within 24h.
3. Prepare the parcel with the product in its original packaging.
4. Our delivery driver will collect the parcel from your address.
5. The refund will be processed within 5 business days.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange your item for a different size or colour, contact us within 14 days of receipt. Subject to availability, we will process the exchange at no extra charge.
